Horrible experience. Yesterday drove a preowned Caddy with a great salesperson Jon. Later in the afternoon contacted finance guy Brent did the credit app great credit 780 all good prequalifed (car put in back service area) called Jon and all set to go with appt at 2pm today arrived with wife at 144pm to find car being preped for delivery to another, Yep Sold. No call from anyone at the dealership so I didnt have to drive from Escondido. Diane the sales manager said "she was working on the deal all morning and knew I was sked to come in but was way way way to busy working the deal to make a simple telephone call and say SOLD the car you were coming in to do the deal on. Oh Diane what a professional. Stay as far away from this place as you can I know I'll never never never did I say never go back there!!!

not at all pushy. I purchased a car from Hoehn last month and I had a great experience. The sales people are not at all pushy and I never felt pressured to add unnecessary accessories. I got what I thought was a very reasonable trade in value

The service is top notch. If you're looking for a Buick or Cadillac, this would be the place to go in North County. The service is top notch and low pressure, and they always have a nice selection of cars to choose from. They will be happy to take you on a test drive, help you pick out a car, or work on the financing. No complaints here!
