Poor Customer Service!. I was not impressed at all. My sister came out to visit from canada who is 34 to celebrate my graduation from the police academy and so we went to O'Sullivans. I never had an issue until that night when my sister was refused service since she did not have an ID with her height and weight. She has only her passport and a work ID. The bartender/manager said that this is a rule from the boss Dennis O'Sullivan. I went to speak with Dennis today and was shocked at the unsupportive response from him. He said that they accept American passports only, but the funny thing is that my girlfriend was refused service with her American passport the same night. His story did not line up when speaking with him today and that was disappointing. I will not go back as he has lost a great customer. IN the end we went to Dini's and they were very welcoming and had no issue with my sister who had a Canadian passport.
