Golden key properties served as my property management company from 2000-2003. Having had a great experience with them as a rental agent, I asked them to represent me as a selling agent on my property.

I found them to be excellent in both areas and i would highly recommend their service.

Please note I'm writing this review in November of 2011-

The reason I write thsi at this time, is that recently I needed to get specific information on the sale of the property, and was pleased to learn that Ned had kept the file of the sale of my house at a storage location. He went to the trouble of locating it, sending up the relevant information and did this extremely quick. I would recommend Ned and Golden Key Properties to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and hard working agent.

Your staff has been very proactive and they take the time to call and let us know what is happening there. We feel they make every effort to not only keep the property in good shape, but to also be sure that the costs are kept down as much as possible. We really appreciate having Golden Key as our property manager.

My wife and I could NOT be real estate investors without the steady hands and minds of Golden Key Properties involved with us on a minute to minute basis. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have them as our daily partners in assisting in any decisions we make with our properties. The additional major benefit we could not operate without is the generation issue of the Paterson family. We are now dealing with the second and third generation of this strong family and we know our children and grandchildren will have the same privileges we have because family generations mean a tremendous amount of stability to us as we approach our property management issues year by year knowing the two of us will some day pass on this great relationship to our younger family members.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Golden Key Properties on our home in Oceanside. We know it’s probably not the easiest property to manage due to its age. The staff has been very proactive and they take the time to call and let us know what is happening there. We feel they make every effort to not only keep the property in good shape, but to also be sure that the costs are kept down as much as possible. They are obviously aware that the house is important to us. We really appreciate having Golden Key as our property manager.

My wife and I have retained the services of Golden Key Properties on two occasions. Our property is an upper end beach residence with a high monthly rental. What would perhaps be considered to many management companies a difficult property to rent it has not been an issue with Golden Key. Each time they have chosen excellent tenants with a one year lease at full price!

Golden Key Properties has been managing my property for more than 5 years and I did not have any problems. They were able to handle HOA/tenant issues with ease and efficiency. It is a relief knowing that the property manager and the staff are very dependable and reliable. I wish all property managers are just like them. If I know somebody who needs a property manager along that area, I will recommend Golden Key Properties 100 percent.
