Agreat place for Fresh and Healthy Fish Tacos and Burritos. If you want to experience eating a healthy and inexpensive meal, try El Caribe in La Costa and you won't be disapointed. Every Tuesday is Taco Tuesday. You can choose a variety of tacos and choose either corn or floor tortillas. They fill your tacos with healthy ingredients including chopped cabbage, fresh -made salsa, with fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Thursday is Burrito day and I like both the Mahi mahi and salmon burrito wrapped with with the whole wheat tortilla. You can only eat half of this burrito so I always ask them to cut it in half for me. I take the other half home to eat later. For those of you who don't eat fish, they offer pork and chicken tacos and burritos, soup, nachos, quesadillas, etc. And if you like beer or wine, check this out: Happy hour from 4 to 7pm Mon thru Fri. $4.00 for wine and you can order off the menu their delicious healthy food! Try it and you will see what I am talking about!
