Postal Annex Del Mar Heights Rd, Del Mar CA 92014. I have been using this business for many years, but no more. I had them weigh a card I was mailing and they said it was over sized and charged me 20 cents, plus 5 cents for using Postal Annex. The woman was very pushy to sell me more extra postage for the rest of my cards. I declined and went to the US Post Office where the same card was weighed and the postal clerk said it was good to go at 44 cents, regular postage. I just stopped at the Postal Annex and told them what the US Post Office charged and they basically said it was over sized when it wasn't. The did not refund my 25 cents. These folks are rip offs!!! Be aware!
