The Worst experience

I used to go to this restaurant with family or friends. Their food was ok but their service was not so; the owners are very arrogant and they are rude. the last time I went there I ordered a well-done lamb kabob but they brought it rare done. I asked them to get it well-done and none-of their waiter/waitress crews speak english or farsi because they are all mexicans. eventually the owner's wife came and I told her my concern. It took them 25 mins to turn the rare done meat to well-done. The owner did not show a good attitude either. I ordered the home-made dough(yugart drink) and she charged me twice for a carbonated one (which is more expensive). When I talked to her she respnded so rude and actually tried to outsmart me by lying. We paid the bills but being insulted we did not leave a tip. she followed us all the way to the front door asking for the tip. I had to make a call to my credit company to make sure they charge my credit card the right amount.... If you want to ruin your weekend Alborz is the best place!

• Cons: service is horrible. owners are arrogant.
