We bought the Groupon earlier this year and used it a couple weeks ago. I called to make a reservation about a week out and the woman told me they were booked up but put me on a wait list. Later that same day there was a cancellation and she confirmed our appointment. There seems to be a lot of negative reviews about their customer service,however, everyone we dealt with was great and it was an awesome ride.

very safe. We felt very safe with the pilot Pete in control. You could tell he was very experienced and a safe pilot. I would recommend them and they deserve 5 or more stars!!

wonderful time. Thank you so much Lynn for calling me yesterday to let us know of the 2 available spots for the balloon ride. This was a suprise for my husband and we were celebrating our 9 years of marriage. We had such a wonderful time and our crew and pilot were beyond superb!! Thank you for helping make an amazing and memorable experience for us!!
