best service. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for affordable carpet cleaning. They were on time and thorough. Brian, my tech, even cleaned a couple of my area rugs at no charge. $45 for a 2 bedroom... cant beat it! I will definately use them again!

GREAT PRICE! !GREAT JOB!!. I NEEDED A LAST MINUTE CARPET CLEAN, I CALLED ACCURATE CARPET CARE. THEY SAID NO PROBLEM.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THANK YOU ACCURATE YOU SAVED MY LIFE. I WILL REFER YOU TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS.

Best company i have ever used. i use accurate carpet care all the time and i love them. i think they are awesome, wonderful prices ,great attitudes ,and best cleaning jobs i have ever seen. i have used other companies in the past and they were terrible. the workers always come in my house with the most positive attitudes. And get the job done on the spot. I would highly recomend you use them!

tHE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY YOU COULD EVER HAVE A NIGHTMARE E. THEY FAILED TO MAKE OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND DIDNT CALL NOR ANSWER THIER PHONES. WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN WE WERE TREATED WITH EXTREME AND UNCALLED FOR RUDENESS.BY DOREEN.

THE OWNER, TODD KOOPMAN, CALLED BACK SREAMING WITH PROFANITIES AND CALLED ME A CRAZY BITCH, A MAD WOMAN, INSANE, AND IDIOT AND USED MANY OTHER GENDER RELATED INSULTS!!

THEN HE CALLED BACK 2 DAYS LATER TO ADD MORE INSULTS AND THREATS!!!

OUR APT ASSOCISATION SAYS THEY HAVE NOW RECIEVED NUMEROUS SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AND WILL NEVER REFER THEM AGAIN. PUT THIS HORRENDOUSLY RUN COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS - RIGHT NOW!!!!

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY WERE THE MOST HORRIBLE CARPET CLEANERS. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR CARPETS TO BE CLEANED. THEY WERE HOSTILE AND MAD THAT I CALLED THEM BACK A 3RD TIME. CLEAN IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND I WON'T CALL. IN FACT, I WILL NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

WORST CARPET CLEANING SERVICE. I am a 4th generation landlord and have never, never had a company be so unprofessional in my 50 years of experience. They were rude when I needed to have them come out and re-do several carpets. They argued with me and used profanity when I attempted to calmly talk about re-adjusting the bill after I paid another company to re-clean the carpets after their 2 attempts at cleaning falied. Todd the owner is an angry, emotionally violent man that needs help with his business and attitude. This is one of the WORST CARPET CLEANING SERVICES I have ever used but will never use and never refer them and will use every source possible to tell my story about how horrible they are to whoever will listen. DO NOT USE ACCURATE CARPET CLEANING!!

Forget these Guys - BEWARE. I hired this firm to clean the carpet in my downtown condo. Told them to lock up when they left. They left the door WIDE OPEN, and two days later I went back to look at the job - DIRT, SPOTS, STAINS, carpet filthy as untouched. Charged me further to put deodorizer in the carpet cleaning - No way, carpet still was dirty and smelled the same. Further: the guy who came in used his machine and dinged up the walls of my brand new paint job - $800 dollar brand new property interior paint job and the guy puts three dings against the walls! I called to complain - they "offered to "redo" it. But the owner then could not get his employee to come back as the employee, with his attitude would not even come back as the owner had scheduled. I told them just forget it, give me a credit back on the $75 dollar charge, and I WONT send you a bill for the touch ups needed on the $800 paint job now having to be redone. Owner TODD, said Okay. To this date - He has NOT issued the credit on the credit card payment. BEWARE - ONCE you give these guys your credit card number, you're dead on any resolution as they charge you and then DON'T do a THING. When you call to follow up, DARLA is quoted: "That's not my job" Next guy on the phone:" Todd's not here. Todd is NEVER there, he does not take any calls, nor returns calls when messaged, and otherwise his people won't get him the message to call you back. This firm needs a Turko File report. Stay away from ACCURATE CARPET CARE - they will charge you, they will not clean your carpet, they will ding up your property and then they will not get you any resolution to follow up and keep their customer satisfied.

Accurate Carpet Care, Thaaaank you!. I used Accurate this past week and was amazed at the job they did. I had no idea what my carpet used to look like. I guess it is beige after all. LOL. The price was good, the worker was friendly, I will be refering my friends.

Do not use this company!!. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY JUST CLEANED OUR OFFICE. 3 OFFICES 1 HALLWAY IN 25 MINUTES SHOULD TELL YOU THE KIND OF JOB THEY DID. POOR QUALITY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE. WE ASKED FOR A REFUNDS, THIER COMMENT " YOU SHOULD HAVE COMPLAINED EARLIER". CALL CANNON CARPET CLEANING 619-690-0694. GREAT GUY.

TERRIBLE CARPET CLEANERS!. This company is the worst carpet cleaning service I have ever had! A month after the cleaning, spots began to show and when I called, the owner continually hung up on me after stating that nothing could be done and proceeded to call me a f****** slu*. I guess the owner Todd forgot that their website claims they "stand by their work" and offer "complete satisfaction." This was a waste of money - they're TERRIBLE!!
