Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!!! As bad as bad gets. I had a deal. At least they made me believe I had a deal to purchase a 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited. They told me to come in 4 days after we agreed on the price. Teresa in internet sales fleet said that we definately have a deal. That she will place the car keys in her drawer. Lock it up. Make sure that all of the sales people on the floor know that it s sold. I found it strange that she had wanted me to come in 4 days later especially after I said I can come in and pay for the vehicle now. She said that an advertised sale will be in four days and she can do it for the price we agreed on. I said for me to have peace of mind and that you guys don t just sell it before then. Can you email me proof? I did get an email from Hiwa Khoshnaw of Proof of vehicle report and the dealership acknowledging of our meeting for me to purchase the vehicle in four days. I even called the day prior to confirm of meeting on a Friday at 10 AM. Teresa tells me that I was just going to call you. Yes! See you tommorow! I get there. They make me wait 10 minutes on their showroom floor. Teresa comes out with a manager. He tells me that they sold my car. But don t worry he tells me. We ll make it right. Can you believe this? Then he chases me to my car as if I m going to listen to this guy. Shame on Toyota of El Cajon! SHAME ON YOU!!!

Great place to buy a car.
Bought my Prius about a year ago. Love the car! Everyone at the dealership was great! Found me the car I wanted and got me taken care of pretty quick!
I will only go to them to service the car! They have wi-fi and a huge tv I can watch while they work on it!
Everyone there is really nice and really helpful!

Severe Sales Representative. Everything was great. My sales representative was sincere, informative, and didn't pressure me. The other Toyota dealership I visited was not nearly as knowledgeable, friendly, or helpful. I walked in and was out with a new car in less than two hours. I would definitely buy from you again and I appreciated the great service.
