About 2 weeks ago my wife and I purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord from Shawn Cummings at Tipton Honda's Internet Sales Department. My husband and I had a great experience at this dealership looking and test driving the 2013 CRV and Honda Accord. Our salesman, Israel, was very accommodating and patiently answered our questions. We did not feel pressured into buying. Since we were anticipating the stereotype car salesman and treatment we were pleasantly surprised. We returned with our new car a few days later and Israel spent a good hour and a half helping us understand the different features and programming. The new buyer/owner in-service, who included sandwiches, etc., wasn't as in-depth as we had hoped. Hopefully, we won't be disappointed with other services offered by this dealership and look forward to being a happy first time Honda Accord owner.
We just bought a New Honda Accord my husband experience was a GOOD one. We did call to talk to someone and never got a call back, but when they did call back my husband told them to do their best to get him a better deal. We called with pricing from another dealer and Tipton Honda did their very best to get us a smoking deal. My husband hates talking to car salesman, but at Tipton Honda they really worked at get us the best deal. We received a better interest rate and they took $500.00 off. We are told by the another Honda Dealer that we were getting the BEST deal around, well they were WRONG Tipton give us a better deal. Thank you to Munwar and Isral for all your great work. Twenty years ago, we had a very bad experience with Tipton and I told my husband I did not want to go to Tipton this time. My husband had stopped by Tipton on Monday, Sept 30, met Israel and convinced me to give them a chance. So glad I did. We ended up trading in our older gas guzzler for a 2014 Honda Accord Lx. I had done a lot of homework on this purchase so I knew the numbers really well and also what other Honda dealers in San Diego and near areas were asking for this car and also what a fair trade in would be on our vehicle. Israel lived up to all promises and we agreed on a very fair price on our trade in. I will definitely go back to Tipton for our next car. Of course that may be awhile because the Honda Accord we bought in 1994 is still running like a charm for my daughter and I really expect no less from our new 2014.

My Wife and I just traded in our Odyssey for a new Pilot. From the Sales manager to the Finance Dept we were treated fairly and respectfully. Over the years we have purchased or leased several vehicles from them and will continue to go back because of the people who work there.
