Thumbs up!. I bought an accord last weekend from Tipton Honda. I saw one in Auto Trader, but I ended up getting another one when I got to the lot because I liked it better. My salesman was awesome and I got a really good interest rate. Two thumbs up!

Smooth process. I bought a new CRV last week from Cameron at Tipton. He was very polished and made the process very smooth. He spent a lot of time going over the equipment and making sure I knew how to work everything correctly. That was good because alot had changed since I bought my last honda in 1998! They last forever, but it was time for a change. I had 165,000 miles on my Accord, and it was still going strong!

Great staff!. I was looking for a new car because mine had broken down. I contacted the internet department at Tipton Honda and spoke James emailed me and we spoke over the phone. The other dealers I had emailed had no REAL person to speak with to answer my questions. James answered them all. I went to the Dealership the next day and he helped me get a CR-V. I was in and out in no time and a guy named Joe and Corey made the experience even better! Great staff! Keep it up! My daughter will be in next week to get her Civic from Tipton, and James in the internet.

Best price best place. checked all over town for an Atomic Blue Civic coupe. No one had it, but Tipton Honda was the only dealership that said they would get it for me. They did a dealer trade all the way to LA to get the exact car I wanted, and had it for me the same day! They also gave me the best price of all the quotes I got. I am very happy with my new Civic, and with the Internet Department at Tipton Honda!

has my loyalty and def recommend. I have purchased 2 cars from Tipton Honda and take my cars in to get serviced there regularly. If you are looking to purchase a car, Miguel and Victor were both very helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me a great selection of cars that fit my budget...and best of all...they were not pushy and overbearing like salesmen at other dealerships. Whenever I take my car in for servicing, I am always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff and leave the lot with a freshly washed car! If you are one of those mechanically inclined people (like my father), Tipton Honda also gives you the option of ordering parts online. Our parts were ready for pickup at the dealership the very next day!! Tipton Honda of El Cajon has my loyalty and I will recommend them to all my family and friends!!

pleasant experience. I visited Tipton Honda last Saturday for the recall on my ingnition switch. Called on Thursday afternoon and was scheduled to have it replaced on Saturday afternoon. My vehicle was ready in 30 minutes with the most some outstanding customer service ever.

I do not normally take my vehicle to the dealerships. They are too busy and I don't like leaving my car with them all day. James scheduled me in expediantly and then installed batteries for both my key fabs that needed replacing. Ken did a great job at convincing me that dealerships CAN give you great service.

Thank you for a pleasant experience and I will return for my future needs.
