The lady who is the co-owner is terribly rude. I have been a customer for over a year and pay every month by direct debit from my bank account, so I have not been by there since I moved in. I have had several surgeries over the last year also. I went there right before the Holidays to get our Christmas decorations. She had just closed up. I was unaware that they close earlier on Sundays. She agreed to let me have access to my unit, but yelled at me and waved her finger in my face. She was nasty and abusive. My husband could hear her from the car. How dare I come by after she had closed, she said. I told her I didn’t know, she called me a liar and said that I have been a customer for over a year. By the time she was done I was in tears. I called to complain and her husband told me that they didn’t want me as a customer as his wife was angry with me for coming by after hours. I have since had the Regional Manager deal with them. They are very rude and ignorant. I am no longer a customer! Be careful!!!!!
