Best BBQ Chicken Pizza around.. Great Italian food in East County, strongly recommend the BBQ Chicken pizza one of my families favorites. Also can not go wrong with the pasta, great flavor in the Marinara sauce, also outstanding torpedo sandwiches. Gary and his staff do a incredible job.

Basically, excellent Italian.. We start off with a large sausage and mushroom pizza. Always scrumptious. The antipasto salad is basic, nonethess, quite good. All the pasta dishes we have tried have been delicious. The beer selection is fine. Management and waitstaff are pleasant and friendly. For a week in March for the last six years our foursome is in the El Cajon area. We always look forward to dining at least three times at Pernicano's.
