Horrible.... Went in for a normal check. They told me I had no co-pay when I left. 3 months later they call me asking for $5. They could have easily charged me this while I was there. They asked for me to come in and pay this. I no longer live remotely close. Very unprofessional and a mistake on their part. All in all rude when on the phone and just bad customer service.

MISLEAD and MISQUOTED. I called and asked specifically to get my teeth cleaned. I was told it would be a promotional special that would include x-rays and a regular teeth cleaning for $50. I said I didn't need the x-rays but she said it was the law and that they had to do them. So, I got the x-rays and then they told me that they refused to clean my teeth for $50 because I would need a deep cleaning and that it would cost $800. So basically, I spent $50 on x-rays that I didn't want and never got my teeth cleaned. I feel like they were not truthful on the phone. I wonder how many other people actually get their teeth cleaned for the quoted price?

friendly and knowledgable staff. i typically dont like to sit down and write reviews on places because people will make there assumptions as they see fit regardless. However, I was pleasently surprised when i went for my initial vist, the dentist was very through and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. i am a very anxious person so i dont like any surprises. It had been a few yrs since my last visit so i was expecting to need a few things to be done to my teeth. When the dentist was done the office manager came in and explained all the things that i needed to have done. She was so helpful and so understanding, they even let me make payments!

great experience. My orignial dental office referred me to specialists for wisdom teeth and root canals. I went to the oral surgeon i was referred to. The office manager wanted to charge me $1700.00 out of pocket for 3 wisdom teeth and never called me back to schedule the appointment.

I was tired of waiting for a call back and I was lucky to find Dr. Nicholson through my dental insurance. When i called to schedule my consult, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They even called me back to let me know i needed my xrays or i would need to pay extra (which was great to know prior to the appointment).

I went for a consult the staff was very friendly and inviting. They made me feel comfortable, since I am terrified of the dental office. In addition, the price was almost $1000.00 less then the specialist my original dentist referred me to! I had my wisdom teeth pulled and healed perfect! I was so satisfied with the oral surgeon and staff that i decided to make Dr. West my general dentist through Santee Cottonwood Dental.

I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go there for great dental work and service!

love this office. It was my first time to this office and the staff was excellent I ended up needing to get a root canal. I was nervous but Dr. West made sure i was comfortable. He took his time explaining step by step what was going to be done and they let me do payments since at my age i dont have much of an income. Im very satisfied :)

Charged for a service I never ever ASKED for. I phoned in and specifically asked to get a regular cleaning. I came in and they provided a different service I NEVER asked for. I can't even pronounce it. It cost me $165!! I called up and the front desk person laughed at me when I explained this situation. Rude, inconsiderate crooks! I am reporting them to the BBB. I wish I had read the reviews here before I provided business to this dental practice. I would NEVER have stepped foot in here and get scammed.

Worst Dentist Ever. I have never been to any business, dentist or otherwise, that is so lousy. It took 2 1/2 hours to get two people through a simple check up and cleaning. Then on top of the wait I was charged $145 for a proceedure that I told them I did not want. When I told them that I never agreed to the procedure I was simply told, "sorry."

I have never written a review of anything before, but then I have never been treated so badly before.

I am never going back to this dentist and I would recommend that no one else go either. I gave this dentist one star because that is the lowest I was allowed to go. I would have gone into negative stars if allowed.

This place should be shut down. This place is disgusting. Roshanna is a total liar and knows nothing of what she is doing.

I used to work for an office that we would get referrals from this office to come to ours. I would warn our new patients and old that they need to be very careful of anything Roshanna tells them. If there is any work to be done to please call me before they do it and I will check with their insurance and get the total cost that should be charged for this procedure. On several occasion they had overpriced my patients, and requested work to be done that didn't even need to be done.

Fortunately we stopped having to deal with this joke of a dental office and the so called office manager Roshanna.

There are several very qualified dentist's in Santee that have clean offices, Staff that know what they are doing and are very caring and Dentist that would never treat a patient like dirt or intentionally hurt them.

Stay away from this office!!!

Over charging. I recently hada crown replaced and was charged $960.00. I thought because it was porcelain and they gave me a $300.00 discount it was a good deal. I found out they over charged me about $300.00 at the minimum. My wife wnet in to get a toothe removed and thhey wanted to do about a thousand dollars worth of work that wa not necessary. The tooth alone was going to cast about $280.00. We left and found a new dentist closer to home and they did not charge us anything for the tooth removal and did not recommend the other outrageous treatments. If you read this, do not go there. This has all started with new owners a couple of years ago.

Run don't walk. First of all they are "remodeling" the office building or maybe that is just the way it is, but all of the shoebox rooms and dirty and dusty and have overfilling trash containers in the rooms. Do you really want to open your mouth to a dirty dentist office. The dentists have poor manners and do not realate well to humans. The office staff is a joke and doesn't have a clue what they are talking about. The office manager "Roshana" is the worst. She is an outright hateful person, who tells lies after lies, and later changes documents. They overcharge you every chance they get. Do not get any work done until after you verify the amounts with your dental insurance. If you have had work done there, submit old treatment plans to your dental insurance to get some money back. If anyone wants to picket this place let me know. Run don't walk. This will save you so much time and stress if you just never enter this building.
