Great Instruction and clean beautiful facility

Certfied intructors, in all pilated appartus including mat and also offering spin classes =- rates are very reasonable - also offering monthly Boot Camps- Location is great - right off off Sunset CLiffs one blovk from the beach.

Call ahead for class times or to schedule a private lesson. If you check times on the website, drop in visits are welcome and cost $15.
