The manager Jean Jourdain made me feel like a low class citizen when I brought in a gift card from a contest. Found out it had nothing on it before ordering. I was embarrassed & shocked, especially because I won it in a prize package and the others worked. I asked our server to run the card again & give me a receipt showing a zero balance so I can inform the people that issued it. Jean returned with an irritated attitude & told me again. I asked him for a receipt & he said he couldn't give me one. No empathy, the server in the area all of a sudden ignored us, like we were invisible & when we got food, it obviously sat there for awhile. My friend even had to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water she asked for. We even had to wait for the bill. I was shocked, embarrassed, & mad all at the same time. Not to mention that he only allowed us to order appetizers; we ordered appetizers & he took our menus away, making us feel like he thought we didn't have money to pay for food. No one should have to experience what I did anywhere.

Fresh salsa!. I like this place. Favorite dish is the Puntas Oscar. Excellent!

Best Margs & Mexican Food in California. Wow! I walked into the place and was amazed by the hundreds of tequilas lining the walls. The people looked cool and we we got our first margarita... OMG! So fantastic we had to ask... why are the margs so great? The guy said they are made from fresh squeezed limes... no mix.

We were there for happy hour which is 3:00 - 6:00 seven days a week. We were in awe. All the food smelled so good we may have over ordered but we couldn't resist and finished it all. We tried the pastor tacos, rajas served with fresh tortillas, and calamari. The happy hour menu was huge with ceviche and a lot of other great options to select from. Everything was AMAZING! Fresh and tasty. The full menu looked great too. We're heading back tonight for more margs and topping happy hour off with the live music they offer every Thursday night at 6:00. Oh yes, this is my new favorite spot.
