The Encinitas location was the first to serve up the same fresh Italian fare that's now also offered at the University Ave location in Hillcrest. Watch the cooks through the giant storefront window as they roll and craft the variations of noodles and ravioli. Also homemade, the sauces include marinara, clam sauce and pesto. The raw pasta is also available by the pound.
