Decorative Mills. Decorative Mills has so much fabric and samples that the average person could get lost walking through the store. If someone didn’t have a specific pattern or fabric in mind, it would literally take all day to look through everything they carry. So, save yourself a few hours and make sure to speak to Maureen or Jean when you walk through the door. They’ll be happy to help. Plus, with these two lovely ladies, you’ll make a lasting friend. Oh, and Steve’s cool too.
