These guys have been my wireless provider for 25 years (really). Remember, they buy and resell Verizon, so their job is to give better service than "BigRed" which is a nameless, faceless corporation. Wireless Works is local and they do great work!
Saves my company time and money. Great for my sales force. As a business owner of a Holistic Health practice with a sales team component I am very grateful for the excellent products customer service. It has saved much time and time is money.
I hear my friends complain about their cell phone companies and I am so glad I am with Wirelss Works.

Worst service ever. I have been with SDW ever since i got a phone, around 6 years ago. they have always had good phones but when it came my turn to get a new phone, i was excited, but thats when it stared. i picked the enV Touch, i paid for half my phone and my insurance, my parents paid for the other half. The horrible phone they gave me shuts down at random and sets back to factory settings. so i have to replace everythg but my contacts and pictures. it has been doing this once a day EVERY day ever since i got it 2 years ago. and today it just shut down on me and now wont turn back on. my mom complains all the time what a horrible service they are and i now see why.
Small Company, HUGE Service!.
Everytime my phone has an issue, they rush one out to me so Im never without service. Who does that?!?! I asked a Verizon rep, and an AT&T rep at the mall, and they said that they dont deliver, EVER!!
I know that customer service departments get a bad rap sometimes, let's face it, it's not an easy job. I have to say that dealing with the people at SDW/ Wireless Works has been one of my best experiences with a cellular company., and Ive tried them all. I can actually talk to the same person about my issues every single time, so I dont feel like just another face in the crowd. I understand that working with a smaller staff can be challenging when they get busy (around billing time), but I'd much rather try my chances then call an 800# and get shuffled around in an endless menu...
If you doubt the service level at Wireless Works, try someone else and see how much personal attention that you get...
Dreadful. We have customers for many years and have never liked the service, but have stuck with them because we have several numbers whose contracts are up at all different times. We have finally decided to bite the bullet, pay the termination fees, and be done with it. San Diego Wireless's customer service is so bad, I can't even begin to explain it all. I would strongly recommend staying as far away from them as possible.
Horrible Service with a bad attitude!.
I have been a long time customer with SDW 10+ years.
The service has never been this bad and it keeps getting worse. They do not call back. They do not explain why the bills are so high. They are incompetent, rude and do not care if you want to leave. It must be miserable to work there the employees seem very unhappy. I cannot wait for this contract to be up
Service has been poor. I have been a customer for over 10 plus years and just in the last two years have been receiving such horrible service ever from them. Every time I call to ask a question or pay my bill i get attitude and rudeness from everyone. Just spoke with Daniella today and told her I have been unhappy with the service I have been given and told her I might want to close my account with SD Wireless. Her response was ok thats fine and not asking me what the problem was or maybe to talk me out of closing my account. All in all, now im going to close my account cause they obviously do not me a customer anymore!
Oh Brother! Go somewhere else!. Been a customer for several years. So it was to be in after 2-3 days and TWO weeks later they haven't called to say anything about not having sent it to her. Oh they said they called my house... that I moved from a year ago and which has a disconnected phonemessage but didn't call any of the 5 cell phones we have with them including mine! The overnight free shipping is pure BS! You PAY! I asked for the owner but only get voice mail and he doesn't call back anyway. Do I regret using these "It's not really my fault" clowns? Yes, I do regret it and you should avoid the bunch. There is no advantage what so ever with using them. And Verizon... well they can't help you if you buy from SDWireless because they are a reseller so you are at the mercy of a bunch of local nincompoops.
Worthless. You are best in staying far far away from these folks. With the exception of Tamara and Paula in Customer Service, the rest of these folks need to give up any dealings with the public in general, and drool in a cubical! I've been with San Diego Wireless "useless" for over 4 years and when it was simply a phone with no other services or applications, I was good to go...... However, do not expect that things will be fine for long if you require anything more than a phone call. And, if ever you experience any problems in the evening or on a Weekend good luck.... I am a self-employed business person who relies on my ability to communicate via phone and email and cannot be without either without it negatively impacting my ability to make money. The first signs of problems with my blackberry occurred on a Saturday afternoon and this necessitated me driving from Escondido to Encinitas and I was given a broken down "loaner" and told to come back Monday morning as my Blackberry needed to be "updated". So Monday I drove from Escondido to Encnintas again and at 1pm, hoping that if given enough time they would have my phone ready to go..... instead I was told that the Tech didn't have a chance to fix it so I ended up having to make another trip the next day and was never told of any delivery services until after my forth trip out. Only then was I offered to have a new phone delivered to me, and I am certain that this was only due to the fact that at this point the Owner/Manager and I were now on a first name basis! It has now been over a week of having yet another "loaner" phone and not really to my surprise, but still frustrating none the less, my "loaner" phone is not operating.... and guess what? Unlucky me, it's Sunday and San Diego Wireless is not open and I cannot even pick up a call..... I just went to the nearest Verizon store to get a new phone and unfortunately my phone number is locked due to San Diego Wireless...... it appears that they have me held hostage, which I believe to be against the laws and practices.....
