Excellent customer service. The fact that there are only 2 stores doesn't make a big difference... They overnight anything you need, anywhere in the U.S. (free) They get the phone you want the next day. They deliver phones/accessories to your home or office (free). They do their best to beat other carriers prices, and are honest about their quotes and prices. They will not provide you service if you are getting a better deal somewhere else, which is rare anyways. They customize plans that fit best with the user. They offer plan protection (free). They allow 2 month grace period for early upgrades. Their customer service reps are fast and efficient. Call them... they even have a toll free number and find out for yourself.

Great Service. When my kids were away at college and had phone issues, SDW would overnight them replacements. They have even come to my home to replace a damaged phone and program the new one. I have been a customer of San Diego Wireless for about 5 years now and they have always been very responsive to my needs. Try getting that service from Veizon or any of the other big names.

great service for our business. SDW has been taking care of our account for years. They come out to our locataion when we need a phone replaced, sometimes the very same day. their billing department is easy to work with and offers to fix bill to the best plan with no questions asked. they also work with us on equipment pricing when phones are still on contract. I highly recommend them.

i would not work with them. i do not recommend them under any circumstance. horrible service, i would never ever work with them if i knew then what i know now. also watch out for alias nova cellular...this company is a "retailer" of minutes and you have no rights with verizon so when something goes wrong (as it always does with them), you are at their mercy as verizon doesn't even show your ph # as an active plan.
