These 3 Previous Reviews CAN'T BE RIGHT. We hope you take a look at other review site postings, because this can't POSSIBLY be the same property management firm as the ones being reviewed elsewhere. Geesh, this thing needs to get up to date!

Very Nice. Everyone at the Carlsbad office has been really nice to deal with. This was my first rental experience as well as moving, so it was a very stressful situation, but Property Advantage made things go much easier. I am really glad I went with them.

Very Pleased. Really, I have been very pleased with Prop Advantage. I would put other properties with them should the occasion arise. The personnel are very responsive and helpful.

Highly Recommended!. I don't have to worry about how my property is being taken care of. The outside vendors who have worked at my house have been top quality and reliable unlike my experience with the precious property management company. I would not hesitate to recommend Property Advantage to anybody in the market for a reliable property management company.
