Rudest manager and dirtiest room I've ever seen!. We were going to stay here for a couple of nights to visit friends in town. We didn't last even one night. The rooms don't look like the pictures on their website. They're dirty with an old, stinky bed and rough tile floors. The bottom of the mattress had a huge hole in it on the corner and stuffing was falling onto the floor. When I complained about the smell and condition of the bed and asked if we could see a different room (I was hoping they weren't all this bad), the guy behind the desk, a disgusting man named Sean who smelled very badly, instantly became angry with us and told us that we weren't getting a refund and if we wanted to continue the conversation, he'd have us removed from the property. He said this when the conversation was not even heated yet. We were calmly explaining our concerns and the guy just flew off the handle. My husband is a psychologist and he said it seemed as if the guy was bi-polar and not taking his meds, because of how quickly he became angry and blew up in a scary way. As we left, Sean yelled at us, advising us, "Don't even think about disputing this charge because I have a photocopy of your credit card!" Not seeing it as worth fighting and being afraid of what this guy would do with our credit card number, we let him keep our money and left. Please don't waste your time or money staying here. It's the worst ever.
