I always have the best experience with the ladies in the motor clothes department. Jocelyn placed a jacket on hold for me and when I picked it up today she gift wrapped it for me which was Much appreciated. Thank you for always having friendly customer service! I will always return!

Best harley retailer in San Diego!. I want to let all you weekend warriors know about the best Harley retailer in San Diego. I have been renting Harleys from Biggs for the last several years and they have always been great about having the bike ready as expected, modern stat-of-the-art equipment, etc. Josh Scott is a real professional and very accommodating! Where else can I ride a FULL DRESS 103CI for $100/ day? Biggs is located in San Marcos, off the 78 freeway so it is central to many riding destinations. Go get 'em!!

I Recommend them!. We drove 2,200 miles from Ohio to Oceanside, Ca to bring my daughter, grandaughter and two dogs home from the holidays. For down time and my reward was to rent a Harley. I called BIggs, and they had an 2011 Ultra (same bike I own back home) ready to go when I got there. The staff and facility is top shelf. I would recommend them to any biker who likes a great dealership. PS rented there a year ago and had the same quality experience. That deserves taking the time to recommend them.

Hooked us up!. I don't know much about Harley's so I won't pretend here but what I do know something about is customer service and at Biggs they are all about it. From the lady in the clothing dept (with the amazing blond Mohawk, which she rocked), do the gentlemen from the service dept walking by asking me how I was, and last but not least Ryan who helped us with every step of our purchase. Ryan gets bonus points for thinking my jokes were funny and saying I was hilarious and a lot of fun... highest honor nugget of joy is what he is. I'm sure they treat all their customers well, but when they found out that the Chief was in the military let's just say they hooked us up!! Highest honor to Biggs they know how to treat our men & woman in the military and let you know they appreciate you for what you do. Great selection of BIKES, Great service dept, and GREAT staff!! P.S. I didn't meet them but my husband says Spud & Thor (yes that is they names they gave us) are awesome as well and helped him make his final decision.

Awesome Shop!. Awesome shop in San Marcos. I haven't bought much from them or used their service dept here ( I did use the service dept at the Oside location and it rocked! Very fair and honest). I was here for a poker run that Bigg's sponsored. They are very accommodating when helping various causes as a run stop or cash/shwag sponsor. Great guys, hot girls and bikes for a good cause? It's why I dump so much $$$ into this thing!

WHEN YOU GO- The shop is BIG! Lots of cool bikes and accessories. You don't have to have an HD to stop by- they have lots of deals that any rider will dig.
