Horrible customer service and ethical standards.. The staff at Nancy's Nails is very unproffesional. They are rude and try to charge more than what you came in for. Their attitude is ok if you tip well. They constantly speak Vietnamese in front of customers, and have signs posted everywhere to tip with cash for obvious reasons. I was treated rudely when I stated what I wanted and then they hurt my hands while working on them. They then tried to charge for services I did not receive. DON"T GO THERE!!
