Love their customer service.
Nothing Like Nordstroms service.
They need to do something about the unflattering mirrors in the dressing rooms

Legendary service, shoes to die for and fashion-forward merchandise keep shoppers returning..
In Short
Founded as a Seattle shoe store in 1901, this popular chain is now known for manageably priced designer duds. Shoppers find a hint of sophistication in the store's white floors and pianists on baby grands. Unique departments include the Brass Plum juniors' section with Ruby Rox and Diesel, and Studio 121 for career-savvy women. A business-centric men's clothing department offers Ben Sherman suits, while relaxed styles from Marc Jacobs and Lacoste are in The Rail department.

An oasis for shop-till-you-drop types looking for coffee or a light lunch to recharge after a day at the mall..
In Short
With the feel of a bustling French bistro, Nordies welcomes shoppers, mall employees and ladies who lunch to it's third floor--the ultimate break room. Cafeteria-style offerings (grab a tray and move along the line) incude fresh tomato-basil soup, made-to-order salads, panini sandwiches and plenty of sweet pastries, coffees and flavored iced-teas. And yes, the Nordstroms above-and-beyond service extends to the cafe. Servers help carry trays and refill beverages swiftly, quietly, expertly.
