I was very impressed with the caring staff at your Animal Urgent Care. You took very good care of Taffy and she is doing well. My response that it took longer than I anticipated had to do with Taffy's reaction to the sedative. This has happened in the past and in no way reflects upon the knowledge and prefesionalism of your staff.Thank you very much for taking care of my baby!

Great job as usual!. I have been taking my 3 dogs to your facility since I moved to Escondido. (about 5 years) The Dr.'s and staff are always caring and extremely knowledgeable. I have recommended AUC to all my neighbors and friends. Great job as usual!

Very Quick and Accommodating. I called Urgent Care at 4:30pm and they fit me in at 5:30pm that day. I was checked in quickly and told to sit in the waiting room. Within 10 minutes, Dr. Seibold came out to see me. My cat was having a hard time breathing due to the allergic reaction from a bee sting. Within 20 minutes, she got two shots. At my recent Veterinarians, it took hours to even see the Vet. I loved the quick response and I wanted to thank you for all of your help. I appreciate the friendly staff and the easy process to check in. I recommend Animal Urgent Care to anyone who has an emergency situation with their pets.

MOST PLEASED. We took our cat to Animal Urgent Care on Labor Day, knowing that it would be extra busy on a holiday, but received their usual excellent assistance for our cat's infected eye. He is recovering nicely and we are so pleased. - Allen and Gretchen G. -

Caring and knowledgeable when we needed them. Everyone was kind, caring and thorough. We found our cat behind the house after he had been gone for 2 days. He was moving very little and not very responsive to us. In a panic we took him to Escondido Animal Urgent Care. The clinic is wonderful! The staff was so nice, explained all our options, and were very reasonable given that this was the weekend and we needed emergency care. Leo was in the hospital for 4 days and received love and excellent veterinary attention. The staff kept us informed of how he was doing, we could visit whenever we wanted to and were very willing to work with us on payment options.

Leo is doing well and back home. We could not have asked for a better place to go in an emergency,
