What a Joke these guys are!!. (1.) First time going in I needed to replace the axle on my trailer. The guy in the parts area told me (very rude like) the service area is out back. When I pulled to the rear of the store the mechanic just stared at me like he wanted to kick my ass. After I waited for about 3 minutes of this I decided to approach him. He said " What do you want"?

I'm thinking already I made a mistake. I tell him that I want to order and install a 4" drop axle on my trailer. He said that he would have to pull the axle, $150, measure it to get a part # and get back to me in a week. I told him that the manufacture label is on the axle with part number for reference. He told me to go into the office to make an appt, completely blew me off.

(2) Decided to give these guys a second chance as anyone can have a bad day. I needed a replacement light bulb for my trailer and was unsure of which one to get. I went in the store , with the trailer out front, and told him the lenses over the bulb was silicone on and could he tell me which bulb I needed. He (the fat man) laughed and pointed to a board with a bunch of bulbs and said "you tell me"? I gave him the make and model (and the trailer was right in front of the store) and I said Can you help me out? He turned and walked away.........really!

3. Let's not go there..............this place sucks!!!!!!!!!

Zero Customers Service. I have to agree that their service was disappointing. They also did not have the part that I needed. I also noticed that their prices were outrageous. A fat man was there running the show and he was a total jerk. I asked him a simple question and he expressed disdain for me. My question was just whether they had a product and where it was located. I also asked when they didn't have the product where I could get it and fatso tried to tell me that I couldn't buy a common spring, but there is a spring shop here in Escondido. I would avoid this place in the future. If you read the positive reviews, which I did before going to the store, they read like self promotion. My guess is that the owner wrote the reviews. Avoid this store!
