Do NOT get work done here-!. The management completely welched on their "Free-Tattoo" promotion.

They even gave out tickets for people to come back the next day and they kept changing the deal,...from a 'free' tattoo of a certain size to 1/2 off for a tattoo of a certain size, to F-YOU to any discount on a tattoo of any size.

.The most important commodity for a business is their reputation, and if the managment can't be counted on to respect themselves enough to stand behind their WORD, then I personally am highly dubious of their desire to stand behind their WORK.

Bottom line, I wouldn't get a tattoo there if 'they' paid ME twice the price to get any work done there-!

Seems like they always let the good artists leave!!!. I know where Steven Cash is and how to get in contact with him!!! Seems like its a trend at the blvd even when its under new ownership, which is probably not true! If they are they sure hold up the same reputation for letting the good artists leave the shop... I use to get work done at the blvd when it had good artists then steven came back and i was like oh maybe it has changed but then he left again so im guessing it wasnt as good as a shop as the "new owners" are saying it is... If anyone wants to get the best work get in touch with steven 760 532 6817!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

new management turning things around full circle. as you can see from some of the previous reviews the new ownership of blvd tattoo has been rapidly gaining a new reputation for this shop..... I have seen a lot of artists come in and out of this shop ..... Mike Jones is one of the most proficient artists that I have met ..... his work is on spot..... the shop is now run with a serious idealism of artistic, technical and sterile professionalism. I was an apprentice at this shop off and on for nearly 2 years now. due to the fact im active duty military i could not be there full time... however ..... now that "at the zoo tattoo" has taken over .... i have a new confidence ..... from seeing how this shop has progressed I am thankful that mike and chris have taken over..... things are looking up for the former blvd tattoo..... So go ahead and run by the shop ..... you will not be dissapointed.

Dark Skin Ink ,Excellent. I just got a sick old school 45 record adapter logo on the back of my hand. The artist did an excellent job, the shade is with black light purple ink.

F.Y.I. , I am a dark skin individual. The capability of artist to execute distinguishable skin art on dark skin takes talent.

The artist on site are extraordinarily talented and real cool people. I would recommend all walks of life wanting to get ink go to this shop and get work done.

Awsome!. I have gotten 2 tattoos and a piercing and my husband has gotten tattos there I love it! My husband I drive from Hemet to Escondido to get art work done. Everyone there is awsome and super friendly

HORRIBLE SHOP. YES THIS SHOP IS VERY BAD. THE OWNER IS IN FACT A TWEAKER AND SELLS TWEAK FROM HIS SHOP. I BOUGHT OFF OF HIM A FEW TIMES. AND I DO AGREE THEY LOST SOME OF THEIR BEST ARTISTS. AFTER GETTING A TATTOO AT THIS SHOP I CONTRACTED A SKIN DISEASE DUE TO DIRTy INSTRUMENTS. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AFTER THAT.

WOW. THE ARTISTS AT THE BLVD TATTOO IN ESCO ARE AWESOME HOWEVER IT IS TRUE THE OWNER DOES APPEAR TO BE A TWEAKER HE NEVER SHUTS HIS MOUTH!
