Never fails to impress!!!.
Burger Lounge never fails to impress when I've got my burger cravings!! Whether I'm in the mood for a classic beef burger or a juicy turkey burger this restaurant always satisfies, of course I always order my 1/2 & 1/2 side of seasoned crispy fries and onion rings, AND if you're not feeling too guilty I DEFINITELY recommend the decadent red velvet cupcakes! Enjoy the BEST burgers San Diego has to offer at Burger Lounge!!!

Lines out the door can't be wrong..
On my first visit to Burger Lounge I was surprised to see a line out the door, after all it was 7:30pm -- on a Wednesday no less. Luckily they also have beer on Tap, good beer in fact . so I ordered a seasonal Fat Tire ale and perused the menu. I expected a visual cacophony but the menu was pretty straight forward offering only the classics, well California classics that is. Everything is organic. Beef, turkey, and vegetarian Burgers all with American or Cheddar cheese. Grilled onions are also available. There French fries boast a twice cooked Belgian lineage and while I haven't tried them (yet) they looked golden and delicious and anything deep fried twice can't be bad. The staff was nice. Extremely focused on the job at hand but friendly. For a beer and a burger it was $13.00 dollars plus a three dollar tip. I love stimulating the economy but maybe next time i'll just go with Fries or Rings and a beer.

Great Burgers And Authentic Root Beer Floats.
The hamburgers are Huge and really great, The Fries are awesome and have a really cool seasoning on them and The Root beer floats taste like a real old time diner. Its a little pricey but if you dont mind paying 8 dollars on a burger and nothing else (fries ect are extra) then i recomend it!

Editorial Review.
Gourmet burger joint serves "happy beef" patties and old-fashioned milkshakes in an upscale, mod-style diner.

Get your just desserts and Just Fabulous!.
If Willy Wonka were to open up shop in San Diego, he'd probably pick the Kensington neighborhood, but he'd have fierce competition from Just Fabulous. Pies, cookies, cakes, meringues, ice cream, and far-fancier desserts abound in this very well-decorated spot on Adams Ave.
If you want to impress a date without waiting in a huge line, go to Just Fabulous. Honestly, it beats the heck out of Extraordinary Desserts.

Delicious!.
This place looks like a small bakery/coffee shop, but it is a full restaurant with fantastic food! The kobe beef burger is great, as is the seared ahi club sandwich. I would recommend this place to anyone, it's just delicious!!! The desserts are spectacular as well!
