CAFE NOIR – VERY VERY UNSAFE!!!BEWARE!PATRONS BRING IN VERY VERY LARGE DOGS!MY SECOND DAY VISITING A VERY LARGE DOG JUMPED ME AND ATTEMPTED TO BITE ME(AND I AM HANDICAPPED)AND I BARELY ESCAPED BEING MAULED AND BITTEN!I MEAN JUST BARELY!AND WORSE STILL;THE DOGS OWNER NEVER REMOVED THE BEAST;NOR DID MARCO THE SERVER ;AND WHEN I TOOK ITS PIC TURE TO GIVE A REPORT TO AUTHOIRITIES; REGULARS SURROUNDED ME ON THE PATIO INTENDINGTO BEAT ME UP!AND OH,YEA!MARCO TOLD ME THE DOGS OWNER WAS A FRIEND!I TOLD THEM ONE DAY A DOG WILL ATTACK A CHILD,ETC...AND THEY'LL BE CLOSED!AS USUAL I KNOW I AM RIGHT!TIME WILL JUSTIFY ME!THEY TREATED ME LIKE A DOG,AND IT LIKE A KING!BACKWARDS!AND NO HUMILITY NOR APOLOGY!AND BY THE WAY MARCO,I HAVE TESTICLES...I AM NOT YOUR ACHEM(SISTER)SO NEVER CALL ME THAT ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!AND NO; I'M HAPPY,NOT GAY OR HOMOSEXUAL!I HAVE NO CLUE HOW YOU MADE THAT MIS-CALL!
