Dim Sum Anyone?.
I had not been here for about six months, and wanted to have some dim sum again. Funny how the food quality was good, but how the service had slipped. Not sure if it was the heat, or just that the servers are now all over the dining space. At one point, a server asked if we wanted anything else when we had only had one sampling brought out. When we said that we ordered several plates, she quickly went away confused. We did not leave a tip due to the poor service, and the fact they charged for the tea. Oh well, the dim sum was still yummy at least.

Dim sum, noodle and seafood creations in Kearny Mesa..
In Short
Located in Plaza del Sol, a small shopping center on Convoy Street, the Chinese eatery is filled with locals at lunchtime. With a plain location and an even more simple dining room, you know it's about the food. There's shark fin soup, sweet and sour shrimp, spicy beef specialties, and assorted dumplings-steamed or fried. The elaborate banquet menu offers options for all spenders, ranging from $17 to $99 per person.
