I have only good things to say about Pacific Homeworks.

One of the sales people recently stopped by and gave me a presentation on some of their products. I was quite impressed with the products they offered and especially found the Cool Wall Product to be very interesting. he sales person was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products and the installation process.

They offer quality products and great customer service. I know who I will call in the future when I am ready to get some work done around the house.

Oustanding! The Pacific Homeworks crew did a great, thorough and complete rework of the entire outside of the house. they dug around the permiter to the stucco line on the slab. Next, they went over all of the wood trim and the second floor deck, repairing any cracks and replacing all weakened wooden parts. Then, every square inch of exterior surface of our house was completely power-washed to remove all dirt and any chipped stucco. Next, the stucco was replaced/patched all around the slab. While that was being done, other workers repaired all of the cracks on the stucco from the ground up to and under the eaves; not one square inch was missed. It was ready for the Texcote system. Starting with an amazing Texcote sealer, the entire surface (stucco and wood) was completely sealed. Next came the paint. Not the usual paint here; Pacific Homeworks used Texcote's amazing "Cool Wall" coating. This magical coating reflects the sun light/heat and keeps the exterior walls cooler, and thus, the interior temperatures in our "new" house are 10 to 20 degrees cooler than before. This is especially appreciated because we choose not to have air-conditioning when it was built! Fans now cools us down and the Cool Wall keeps it comfortable throughout the day. The work crews were courteous, competent and hard working. They arrived on time each morning and always cleaned the site and left it in pristine before leaving in the afternoon. in short, Pacific Homeworks did a super job and we love our "new" house.

The crews arrived on time, were very pleasant and introduced themselves. Went right to work, got rid of security bars. i was amazed at how fast and well they worked. Cleaned up after themselves and as they worked. When it was complete Craig walked me through how it worked. And they were just so pleasant!! Also after my surgery I can't climb very well so they installed the blinds once they were done. I am thoroughly satisfied with work!! My favorite part was the feel that they didn't waste any time at all!

I found my experience with Pacific Homeworks to be very pleasant. From the reps, Steve and Garry, were very informative and knowledgeable on the products they presented. The installers were very professional and polite. They explained all the work to be done very well. I will be using Pacific Homeworks for all my future home improvement.

All work was done with great detail and with minimum disruption. The crew was courteous, professional and hardworking. The exterior stucco job was exactly what I requested. I am very satisfied with the outcome!

We had a marvelous crew of Greg and Justin, They worked non-stop ad the windows look superb. We were totally delighted with the finished product.
