The Pilates is just how Joseph Pilates designed it to be taught here, it gets you results and as fast as you dare to go. Stephanie and Pablo the owners with a team of smart and motivating Certified trainers will put you through the paces to get you strong and fit without injuries. Amazing Pilates Studio. Kore Pilates is La Jolla is my favorite studio in San Diego. After doing Pilates here for a year and seeing the amazing results- I enrolled in Stephanies certification class to become a trainer myself.
