In Short – Ocean Beach, with it's hippy vibe and string of smoke shops, rarely registers as a top destination for a family day at the beach. But come Wednesday evenings, the lama rides and kiddie jumpers come out and the fresh orange juice is flowing at one of the city's top farmer's markets. Happy live music acts serenade the crowds as they pick from pecks of locally grown artichokes, lettuce, other produce and fresh breads and cheeses.
