Trust Your Instincts and NOT SDCC. On March 3, 2011, I received this email from SDCC "Based on the event and the experience level of staff, I have put together staff levels that will be sufficient to properly staff and work your event."

Horrible. I used Catering Concepts for a wedding recently, after they just changed ownership. My mistake. We had a lot of issues with the contract. They kept adding costs for items and increasing the cost from the initial price sheet that we received. They completely forgot one of the dishes and didn't leave any leftovers. I would never use them again. Be careful if you use them, make sure you go through your contract with a fine tooth comb.
