Poor Customer Service. The guy who apparently runs this place was texting me until 11:00 PM about getting my business. I ended up getting weirded out, and a little sick of getting text messages all day so when I told him I wasn't interested in doing business with him, he responded as if I was being unreasonable. Awkward. To be fair, he did seem like a nice guy and I think his heart was in the right place, but I still wouldn't send my friends to him.

Dont order from here!!!. I ordered three items from Pacific Athletics and Pacific Rugby Supply 4/06/10 and received two of them in a timely manner. However; the 3rd item has yet to arrive 6/2/10. When I inquired about the product I was told "we are working on it". Not only did I not get a call back, I have yet to receive any response in kind!! I AM NOT OUT $20 AND CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. I suggest using a rugby supplier with more resources and a better customer service department.
