Like Having A Friend In The Business

I was going nuts trying to find a replacement step bar for my Bronco. It had to be the same brand and that brand had not produced the bar for quite a while. After calling all the usual suspects it hit me to call ORW. I got Wally on the phone.

To say that he solved the problem would be understating it. He worked hard searching the country for what I needed. He took a day or two, but the call came, and the step bar was very reasonable. Fact is, even with all the leg work Wally did, and the fact that he had to get it into ORW so he could ship it to me, I paid a little less than the prices quoted to me by retailers who did not have it, and were not interested in helping me get it.

At ORW they wanted to help me, and they wanted to earn the business. They earned more than the business from me with that transaction. I am now a customer with no reason to consider moving away.

I had the pleasure of doing business with ORW and Wally for almost two decades. They are allways willing to help out with any parts or service problem that should arise, wether it's a daily driver, an off road race car. They definately top notch in my book.
