Un-professional. I find it interesting when a service writer tells you how tell fill out a review, of their serivce. Well that seems a common practice at this dealership. So, regraudless of the service they want you to fill out the review grading them with high marks even if their service wasn't good. Todd Rrogers is one such service writer. Because I didn't fill out the review according to what he wanted I get to hear his whining on my next contact, to get a glich in the clock fixed. How un-professional can this be him telling me that because I was honest, in my review, I cost him and the dealership a loss of money. So, when they damage your car and don't tell you about it or when they keep ordering the wrong parts and delay getting your car back and say they called to inform that is ready and they dont , does that get highest marks? I would suggest given a choice maybe anyone looking the get service on their cars might want to check other srevice centers.

my last transaction was perfect.. I had a recent incident where I did not get the parts I needed from GMC North County, but my last transaction was perfect. Darin aided me in getting the parts I needed in a timely manner.

very nice, professional and respond back to you quikly. Lisa and Sheila in the internet sales dept. were awesome!! they were very nice, professional and respond back to you quikly on any questions or concerns you may have on a vehicle. they made our experiance buying a car via the web a great 1...we would recommend them to any of our friends and we will!! thanks Lisa & Sheila
