Excellent Haircuts & Styling every time!. I am not sure why the last reviewer had a bad experience because I have taken my son (now 10) and daughter (6) here for years and no matter which stylist you get (including Delores) you get a great cut and style for a very reasonable price. Today Renee trimmed my daughter's hair and did an incredibly cute style and curl for a special night....the Daddy Daughter dance.... at school. My daughter loved it!

DO NOT GO HERE. I have been to this Kids Kuts seven times with my son and daughter and EVERY TIME I have had to go back for them to fix something. The latest was a disaster! The owner was suppossed to cut my daughters bangs but ended up cutting too far back on one side. Not only did she not even out the other side, she failed to mention the mistake. Then when I returned to have her try to fix the horrible mistake she accussed my daughter of cutting her own hair, essentially called me a liar and denied doing it. THEN in an attempt to fix her hair, she grabs a handful of hair without neatly sectioning anything off and was about to cut. I am astounded at her lack of professionalism and skill! The other two stylist I've seen there are at least nice though not very good. In seven visits I have been disappointed each time. I should have known but I thought because it was a quick bang trim I'd take my chances. Giant mistake! My daughter's hair is a disaster!!!!!!!!!! Dolores, the owner, should be stripped of her scissors!!!

Excellent hair cuts, extremely affordable, for adults too!. FINALLY -- I have someone great I can count on for my hair in the San Diego area.

I know what you're thinking. This is a salon that is geared for children, especially with the name -- Kid's Kuts. Look in and you will see a castle and other assorted things meant to enchant children and provide a comfortable environment for them, but please don't let that stop you from considering this salon for adults as well. If you're used to the 'salon' or spa experience with beverages, music, lighting and amenities, you're not going to find it here. But you will find talented, friendly stylists who truly care about people of all ages and their hair.

Kriste (who only works here on Mondays, but she's in the Temecula area on other days) is absolutely phenomenal! I currently have hair cuts and styling here, but they provide all of the other services (color/highlights/perms, etc...) fabulously as well. Kriste spends time getting to know you and takes extreme care to design the perfect style and cut for you (based on your lifestyle, your hair type and dreams of how you always hoped your hair could look). And for me, she achieved it!! I was referred by a happy long time (also single adult) client as well who has been seeing her for many years.

Last but certainly not least, the price is extremely reasonable, especially given the service she provides. I know that some will say 'you get what you pay for' but for me, I feel I get 10x more paying 10x less. I paid 10x more to have a haircut in a salon in La Jolla where the 'stylist' worked on 4 other people at the same time as me and didn't give me even 1/10 of the personal attention and consideration I receive with Kriste at Kids Kuts.

When I've been there, I've observed very happy kids getting excellent cuts as well -- along with many of the mothers. But please don't feel as if you need to have a child in tow to feel comfortable here.
