Don't Come Here!. yup, thery're always busy bc they bring in everyone to make the most $! in the process nobody knows who's done what to ur car. sure u may get 1 thing fixed but then u have to come back to fix soething else that they screwed up. which we always did taking it as coinsidence until now. got new tires, balance, & alignment. a wk later my car starts shaking. discount tire found that balncing wasn't done & they fixed it for free. that wasn't the major problem bc my car was still shaking. took it to valvoline for oil change & found out that everyhting was loose from the alignment. the tech said it was a miracle my family wasn't killed bc @ any moment the tires & everthing holding them in place was about to fall off! all I got was an apology. Really? How about the guy's fired & come pick up ur $? Unacceptable! if u value ur family don't come here, pay a lil more @ a big name co.
