Kid's Depot. I love this place! I have 3 kids enrolled here and they absolutely love it and so does my husband and other family members. They also teach my kids spanish which is a plus because I wanted my kids to be bilingual. They also have online cameras where you can check on your little ones and make sure that they are in good hands at all times and at Kid's Depot your kids would be in "Great Hands."

A good place to have your kids. When you are looking to place your child in a daycare for the first time it is extremely overwelming. When I found Kid Depot back in 2007 I was very happy with the fact that I could use the online camera system to watch my child anytime I chose to. That was very comforting. As I got to know all of the teachers there I see that they are very caring and loving. My oldest daughter has been there since July of 2007 and loves it. She is very excited to go to pre-school every day. She will be going to kindergaren in July and I know she will miss seeing all of the teachers that she has grown to love as family. We now have a 10 month old in the baby room and I feel we will have the same experience we have had with our first born. The office staff is very friendly and polite. Any issues we have had in the past they were addressed in a timely manner.

The previous reiviews were under old ownership. I have a 22 year old daughter and have gone thru daycares and live in nannies. some great live ins I'LL say !

But my two boys came here for daycare all day mon- fri. and when they started school they went there before and after school. They help with homework. they do get to know your child alot and sometime more than we do. No one can ever get paid enogh to watch our children , no one is perfect. My kids did get hurt, they got hit but do you really think that is not normal. It may not be nice. But we as parents know that we all got bumps and bruises growing up . When you take your kids to the pediatricians office they see the play bruises on your childs legs they say ohh!! active kid.. Now granted we have weird things happen and you can never be to carefull, but the path Im taking is this place has alway treated my children well and taught them well. Some kids are just resilient. My kids came here for alomst five years in total. And during summers too.. I worked full time will military husband.

My son misses this place we are overseas and still misses this place., thinks of all the teachers he learned to love and care for. IMy family have cared for all their staff they were always wonderful. This place was always clean and open to suggestions. My grandson now attends here.And he loves it.

I can go on about this place I still visit them when I go into the States.Not just becasue my grandson is there

As for the women that could not get her money back, Im sorry .But, did you now read the whole contract.. I make mistakes too.

Horrible Customer Service. I enrolled my daughter here for preschool and child care after getting a job offer and she never attended the school I paid the fees such as registration and material fees and the 180 for a week for a total of 300. And that same weekend I found out I was pregnant and not gonna be able to take the job offer and emergency situations came up and I told the school i needed to be reinbursed and they said they would only reinburse me the 180 for the week she was suppose to go but never attended. But that they would not reinburse me for the materials fee which she never used any of there materials being that she didnt even go there for an hour. And they would not reinburse me for the registration fee either....I truly believe this is crazy. I dont understand how people can charge for services that were never rendered. To me I wouldnt mind paying the registration fee if she at least went a day or so but she didnt even go one day at all...... I truly think you gotta be willing to give this school your money if you want to enroll here due to the fact that they will take your money and keep it.

Horrible service. Kids Depot is a nice looking place it was alot cleaner than some other childrens daycare centersthat me and my husband looked at, but as far as customer service goes they were extremely rude! We scheduled to have a tour of the center and a lady named Trish came to show us around. When we were scooping out the faciluty I saw three workers just standing around talking and little children about 3 years old crying and fighting I did not like what i saw for starters. I asked if this was normal behaviour for their classrooms and Trish assured me that it was not, but then she went in and started to yell at the ladys right in front of all the children! I felt so bad for the little babies they looked horrified! I ended up not taking my children there i couldn't stand it also the front desk is not helpful at all they put me on hold for about 15 minutes! I would not recommend to anyone! hope this review is helpful i would not want any children to be stuck at a center where the teachers are not loving and kind. Sincerely, Cynthia
