use a brand of feed that is advertised on their outside wall. However, they did not have the product I use, I ordered a certain amount and was promised it would arrive the next week. Three weeks later, product still hadn't been ordered/or delivered. One day, when I went into the store to inquire about my order, the man that worked at the counter, was on the phone, chit chatting with someone. I stood there, at the counter for at least 15 minutes, right in front of him, and he did not acknowledge my presence or say a word to me. He did however, turn his back to me and continue his telephone conversation. I was appalled at the rudeness! Needless to say, the next day I called and asked to speak to the owner, complained about the service and asked about my order. The product was NEVER ordered. I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. They lost out on about $160 a week in business from me. I never use them and never recommend them to anyone! Horrible customer service and overpriced!

Jennifer's Feed - I will NOT go back!. I will never go to Jennifer's Feed again. Despite the praises you see above written probably by the owner, their prices are by far the most expensive in East San Diego. The staff were rude and unaccommodating. It took me two days to get hay delivered. I had to re-stack it myself. The hay was large stemmed, dried out, and very lightweight compared to the bales I usually get. They lied to me over the phone as to what the hay was like before I ordered it. Very disappointed and will not waste my time again. They clearly could care less if I ever purchased from them ever again.

I love Jennifer's Feed & Supply. If you haven't tried Jennifer's Feed & Supply in Alpine...you're missing out! They carry everything you need to feed your horses, cows, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and more. They carry the non-food things you would need also. The service you get never fails to be friendly & helpful. They deliver what you need and put it where you want it. Thank you Jennifer, Dwayne, Dexter & Artie for making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
