They did great!.
I've used them 2 years in a row.
Two years ago, they showed up with the jumper and chairs earlier than promised...which was awesome.
Everything was clean and like new.
They left everything until the next day. My daughter, her daddy and I got up early to jump, since we were the only ones there....heck, why not?!
The next year, we called...but they had raised their prices by $1 per chair. She said her prices were always the same. I told her we paid less the previous year, and she argued about that. I told her I still had the invoice for the previous year. But she wouldn't match it. I couldn't afford the jumper for my baby girl.
I ordered the tables and chairs with them anyway...The chairs and tables were STILL in excellent condition. I was happy about that.
This year, I might be looking around for better prices. However, I may just stay with BrincoJumps, since they have given me an excellent experience.
They were suppose to deliver the astro-jump early (after 10 AM); they did not arrive till 1:30 PM and were not able to set it up till 2:00 PM because the pump wasn't working. When we told them they shouldn't chare us full price since they showed up so late we were told we could keep the astro-jump till the next day and that they would pick it up before noon. We thought that was great since the kids only got to jump a few hours (before it got cold and dark outside). They showed up the next day at 9:45 AM. My kids were VERY disappointed and the person who picked it up still had the nerve to tell my kids they should have gotten up earlier to jump!
We will be calling someone else next time.
