Best in class, Excellent Service, Competitive Pricing. Selecting a pool company can be a nightmare, especially if you are one of those people that you find fault in everything and mostly complain every chance you get. I use to try and buy products at a discount only to find they weren't the right products to begin with...

However, since I have put in place San Dieguito Pool CTR. I never worry about my pool. Basically, my pool was in tuff shape. They came in and demolished the old in a clean and efficient way. The price was fare, but the service was unbelievable excellent. San Dieguito knows more about filters and equipment than anyone I talked too. They helped me select all of the materials and made sure that my pool would be what I wanted when we were complete.

I trust San Dieguito to lead the way with my pool. They have saved me money and many frustrating moments.

If you want your pool right, call San Dieguito. They are awesome

Go somewhere else. Rude, Unreliable. Poor Rep. This company handled my pool service and then installation of a heater, salt chlorinater and filter. They gave me a quote for the equipment, but I was able to find it elsewhere. I told them the price and asked if they could beat it. They were unable to, but said they would still install the equipment for an extra $500 than quoted earlier.

The chlorinater was not installed correctly to "recommended standards" set by the company, even though San Diego Pool Center is one of their service people. In fact, it was installed upside down without a stop gap.

I purchased a $1000 circuit board that the installer said he could not use and "would exchange" at his cost. It turns out that he took the $1000 board and put in a a $100 board.

It turns out the entire set of equipment wasn't working correctly and I contacted this company repeatedly. They were rude, not helpful, until I contacted another company.

I went out of town and one of their installers showed up and put in another circuit board inside the house. He had to come back 4 times and it still did not work correctly.

I contacted San Dieguito again and they refused to fix it. I had to pay another company to originally assess the issues and they then came back to fix the board.

San Dieguito refuses to fix their work, will take advantage of you and has complete disregard for it's customers.
