Why do I continue to give them a second, third, tenth chance??. I have been to Busy Bee's Bagel Shop too many times to count. It's right next to my old house and very close to my work. I have to be honest, their food is alright. At least I think it's ok, though it is always extremely messy and not put together well. But the taste is ok. Just make sure you have 12 napkins. And some extra cash to burn as well, they are really pricey. $13 for two bagels!! What makes me so angry is the way they treat their customers. There is absolutely no reason to be rude. I have yet to walk away not being upset at the way I am treated. It just makes no sense. Why would you want to drive away your customers? Aren't they the ones that keep you in business? What's funny, is it's not just me. I've asked people I work with and my old neighbors what they think and most people have told me their food is terrible and they will never go there again because of the way they were treated. Why be rude is my question. Why ruin a perfectly good morning for someone you don't know just because you may hate your job? life? please don't take it out on the rest of us.
