Not your average steak and seafood establishment, Guillas' latest project boasts unparalleled ocean views of the La Jolla surf. Sunsets from the window-side tables are simple awesome, as is the seasonal menu divided into The Land--traditional cuts of steak and poultry-- and The Sea--fresh, local seafood offerings that change often. Classic sides like truffled fries and creamed spinach are meant to be shared.
