Professional and most importantly on time

I was recommended this service by one my colleagues. I frequently fly in San Diego for conferences and always seem to strike out with my drivers with the exception of this last trip. Executive Town Car Service far exceeded any of my previous experiences with similar services. I was treated with courtesy, and promptness and most importantly received a great experience. The driver showed up early, this indicated to me they were very serious in their guarantees on getting me to my destination on time, the vehicle was clean, and the driver was very professional and experienced. The ride was comfortable and the driver had great recommendations on different dining establishments. Overall this is what I expected and more. I would highly recommend this service and their staff, you get more than your dollars worth here, you get reliability.

feel ripped off

wanted to use a promotion 10% coupon I found online for them, when I booked the ride I even confirmed that it may be used; the dispatcher acknowledged and confirmed but the driver refused:( wish I used the other company because without this discount the other guys had better/cheaper rates. Overall for my return trip I shopped around and found 15% cheaper YAY.

Wonderful Customer Service!

Booked withoout to much notice and they were right on top of things. Arrived at my home for a 5 am pick up right on time. The drivers were extremely professional. The pick up from the airport ran very smoothly as well. The dispatcher was professional and made me feel at ease with all of the arramgements. Attention to detail and superior customer service makes this the executive town car service to call.

I will use them from this day forward.

Looking for another company

I see I was not the only one who was left hanging without an explanation, apology or simply a curteousy phone call. I would think that when a service company messes up at least they would somehow like to make it up; well not this company; they simply let you go to vmail. Seems that the driver did not show, doublebooked or they forgot to put my trip on their schedule.

No More Chances

Originally from Chicago on a business trip to San Diego; I used them for the first time half a year ago and was disappointed with the driver being late to pick me up from the airport. Decided to give them another try as when I complained to their main office I was told that they will release the "bad driver"; this time topped the icing on the cake as upon arrival at the airport I find the same driver picking me up, driving slow he then proceeded to accept telephone calls and booking orders/writing information. Seems like a one man band; I felt so unsafe with his driving; very unprofessional/I was trying to listen to my vmail as he is re-asking / repaeting someones pick up/drop off locations and other personal info. I cancelled my return to the airport and booked with another company with even a better rate but mostly important professional customer service.
