I brought my friend here the other day and we had an amazing time we sat out on the patio next to the fire pits and had amazing view of the water.. The food was excellent they have amazing seafood the happy hour is one of the best ive seen around two thumbs to south bay fish and grill we will be returning soon thank you for a great time

Back to south bay fish and grill and got same great service from door to door. The chef adding fantastic daily deals cheeeep for this amazing location.

Had lunch on Monday and it was great. We had Flat Iron Stirfry and it was delicious. Service was great, and the place was spotless. I'd definitely go back again and heartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Just enjoyed the Sunday Brunch for my parents' Anniversary. Overall, excellent selection including seafood salads, chicken, meats, pasta, and traditional brunch fare. The ambiance and decor was beautiful and classic

Such amazing view and food. Last night It was decided to have dinner in South Bay Fish An Grill ,... maybe it was time to try fresh ocean fish. Since I went there with little to no expectations and already had the idea that most people have no clue what good food is, I wasn't expecting much. Well, I would have to say that I left happy, non-disgruntled and satisfied. We ordered the Calamari, pork spring rolls, something crusted Mahi Mahi and rice pudding/nana wontons. (Thank you restaurant week)

South Bay Fish and Grill View Restaurant in Chula vista is where my family and I go for special holiday brunches - Mother's Day and Easter. Their brunch buffet is convenient and reasonably priced. The view of the bay is wonderful and the ambiance of the whole restaurant is bright and airy. The wait staff and management are very polite and hospitable. The restaurant is also a nice place to have a wedding reception... my grandparents had their 50th Wedding Anniversary Reception here. They also offer Wine Dinners, and Dinner and Dancing.

Our out of town friends came in and we working looking for a place to go out to dinner. I had been to this restaurant years ago and I remembered the food was pretty good and the view was great. The special for the night was Lobster for $14.95 and was really good. Our server did a good job and made us feel welcome. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and every night they have a different special which for the food and the view is a great value. We will be back

my absolute favorite place for fish n chips! really light, flaky and crunchy.. mmm! I've had take out from here a few times and have loved it every time. Courthouse definitely has some of the best seafood I've had in Chula Vista

I recently ate here for lunch the other day. The location is great! It is located right on the Chula Vista marina and you can see all the docked boats. Very cool! Our server was also very attentive and helpful. She came over right after we sat down to take our drink orders. She was very friendly and had some good recommendations. We split the Kung Pow Calamari and it was really good. I loved the sauce that it came with. For my meal, I had the fish tacos. They were delicious and a good size too. Another great thing about this place is the parking, there are few restaurants on the water where parking isn't an issue.
