Very disappointed.... So we got the new account with SD Union Tribune and they give us a book full of coupons on the Earth Fair, we couldn't wait to go and use the ones for cold stone; I got my nephews and I and my husband went on friday for a good ice cream, we got two coupons and everything seem to be fine until this lady, Irma, told us that we couldn't use both coupons, to what I say that I'll use one and my husband the next one... she was so rude and she refuses to take both coupons on the same day ... like if my nephews ice cream were 10 dlls!!! This is been the first time we got this kind of attitude with the coupons.... everywhere we used them they seem to be happy because we choose to do bussiness with them, but not to this girl, or this place. ( By the way, the cold stone staff was looking at her like she was crazy). Please do not take coupons with you to use at the cold stone when Irma is there, she gonna make a lot trouble for it.
