food. I have never been to this place before, i like the setting and it was clean. We had to wait to get seated, a little slow. Our waitress was very nice. they brought over warm chips and a bowl, i think was supposed to be salsa, but was just chopped up tomatoes and onions. We had to ask for other Salsa. We ordered the Calamari, it was terrible. Waited quite awhile for them to take our order so we filled up on chips, thank goodness. One person ordered the Quesadilla. on the menu it said 2 tortillas with cheese. thats fine, but when they brought it, it was ONE 5 inch tortilla, folded in HALF with cheese and a tomatoe wedge, we thought it was a joke. No Joke. The Flata's which were appitizers, were 3 small Taquitos with a tomatoe wedge. Wow. So impressed. Not. I will not go back...

200 kinds of Tequila and a short walk to the movies!. Huge meals and FIRST class menu combinations. The usual as well as specials that knock the socks off of restaurants charging twice as much in downtown or La Jolla. Wow! Vista is a find! the Krikorian is just across the street and the biggest water park in North County is just a brisk walk across the circle!

The margarita's are HUGE and QUALITY! the menu always has a great fish and pork dish as well as stews and soups and new empenada cominations.

The SALSA is great and the chips hot. There is sports in the bar... and after lunch there is the Buena Creek River walk to stroll off those calories. FIND this one... and you will find Hidden Vista and be back many times.

Visat Village Drive off teh 78.. you won't miss it!
